Apex Satoshi is proprietary commercial software covering the website and the installable treasury app. Fonts and npm packages keep their own open-source licenses.

Copyright © 2026 Apex Satoshi Holdings, Inc.. All rights reserved. The Apex Satoshi website, installable app (PWA), brand, copy, and original design are proprietary. A paid subscription grants a limited internal-use license as described in the Terms. You may not sell, sublicense, or publish the source as your own product.
Fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1)
Geist, Geist Mono, and Instrument Serif are loaded via next/font/google and remain under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. The OFL allows use, study, modification, and redistribution of the fonts, provided they are not sold by themselves and reserved font names are respected. Font software is not part of the proprietary Apex Satoshi grant above.
Open-source components
Runtime and tooling packages (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui primitives, Framer Motion, Recharts, Zustand, lucide-react, clsx, tailwind-merge, and others) remain under the licenses recorded in package-lock.json — principally MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC, and BSD. Those licenses are not transferred to the Apex Satoshi brand or copy. Full texts ship with node_modules for each package.
Payments
Live card and wallet checkout is provided by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe’s services agreement with the operator. Apple Pay and Google Pay, when shown, are provided under Apple’s and Google’s terms and only on domains registered with those programs (apexsatoshi.com once DNS is live).
