Apex Satoshi Holdings, Inc. operates apexsatoshi.com, including the Apex Satoshi website and the installable treasury app. We sell software for corporate Bitcoin reserve policy. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, or money transmitter.
No trading, KYC, or custody
This platform does not execute trades, does not take custody of Bitcoin or cash, and does not perform KYC as a money-transmitter. Subscribe to use the operating system. Hire a qualified custodian and licensed counsel before you convert cash.

Treasury figures in the app
The Helios Industrial desk ships as the default treasury workspace in the app so operators can work immediately. Connect a live market or custody feed when your mandate requires it. The Bitcoin mark follows Coinbase BTC-USD unless you pin an operator price in Settings. Display FX is a published table.
Paid software access
When Stripe is configured, checkout charges the published SaaS list price and unlocks Pro features. A charge buys software access. It does not buy Bitcoin, open a custody account, or create a securities investment.
